The best part of working with Carrie Klassen is that when we would walk into a house, she gave us an honest opinion from a professional. She was open with her concerns of period architecture, as well as things she noticed in our tour. As my spouse and I came up with questions, we would ask Carrie, and she was always open with her opinion. She sent us checklists about each stage of the process, including questions for the lender, insurance agent, and inspector. After a month in our house, we received a list from Carrie, of what to do for home care in the fall.
